Kelsey Lewinski - Owner & STOTT® Instructor
Kelsey Lewinski is a Wayne State graduate with a BFA in Dance. Kelsey graduated in 2018 and proceeded to tour and dance professionally for the critically acclaimed contemporary company, Eisenhower Dance Detroit, for 3 seasons. Kelseys Pilates journey began in high school as she had weekly reformer sessions with her mom to aid in the healing process of a dance-related hip injury. Then, while in college in 2016, Kelsey took her first Stott Pilates matwork course. Over the span of her college career and while dancing professionally, Kelsey received her full STOTT PILATES® Certification in all apparatus (Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels).
Kelsey has since taught at the nationally recognized Equilibrium Pilates Studio in Bloomfield Hills as well as taught matwork at Equinox for upwards of 6 years. Kelsey still teaches dance, judges dance competitions nationally and choreographs in addition to teaching Pilates full time.
Opening Studio Kore was the perfect combination of Kelseys passions for movement, entrepreneurship and creativity. She can’t wait to see how the studio grows!

Stephanie Green - Classical Instructor
Steph grew up in the metro Detroit area, but left for the south to pursue her undergraduate studies at Duke University. After graduating, she moved to Chicago, where she found movement and Pilates as a great way to build community in a new city. This inspired her to pursue the Classical Pilates Formula comprehensive certification program at Fitness Formula Clubs in Chicago, IL. When she moved back to Michigan, Stephanie knew she wanted to continue cultivating playful spaces for people to move and feel better in their bodies.
When she’s not teaching Pilates, Stephanie is studying for her Masters in Public Health, solo traveling to a new country, or editing a TikTok.

Nina Caruso - STOTT® Instructor
Nina joins the studio as a STOTT® Pilates certified instructor in Mat and Reformer. She recently completed her training through Equilibrium Pilates Studio. Nina received her Associates in business administration followed by her Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
Nina’s love for Pilates began as a client. She soon realized that this would turn into a passion for her. Nina has been a nurse for 7 years and has worked in the medical field for over 10 years. Currently working contingent at the hospital, she wanted to expand her love for helping others in a different way than through being a nurse. -
Sarah Beaupre - STOTT® Reformer Apprentice
Sarah grew up dancing in the Metro-Detroit area and began teaching at her home studio upon graduation. She continued her education at Macomb Community College for her Associates of Applied Science from their Physical Therapy Assistant program. She graduated from the program in 2024 and is now gearing up for her boards examination.
Sarah began taking Pilates from Kelsey in April of 2024 and fell in love with the movement modality. She knew it was something she wanted to learn to teach in addition to her background in Physical Therapy. Sarah is currently enrolled in the training and certification program through Equilibrium Pilates Studio. Sarah will be a Trainee, teaching and logging her hours as she continues her training leading up to examination.
